How to use RUTU cup
*First wash your hands with soap and water.
*Sterilize the RUTU cup in ample boiling water for 5-7 mins.
*Using Punch down fold, wear it completely inside your vagina.
*In heavy flow, use it for 4-5 hrs and in low flow 8-10 hrs is also okay.
*To remove, pinch the cup at its bottom, remove it, wash it with water and reuse it.
